What gets checked, and when
Four checkpoints between your drawing and the container. Everything below happens on our side before the unit is allowed to leave.
Drawing confirmation
Chassis weight, PTO take-off and drum volume are fixed in a drawing you approve before production starts.
Weld and concentricity
Barrels are welded on jigs; concentricity is measured per unit, not sampled from a batch.
Pressure and run test
Hydraulic drives and pumps are pressure tested; tanks are tested before the trailer leaves the yard.
Pre-shipment inspection
Buyers or their agents are welcome to inspect before shipment. We photograph and document each unit.
Inspection is welcome, not tolerated
If you use a third-party inspection agent, tell us before production so we can schedule the visit at the right stage — after the run test, before packing.
For repeat orders we keep the drawing on file, so the second batch matches the first without going through the whole specification again.
Documents we prepare
- Commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading
- Certificate of origin where the destination requires it
- Test records for hydraulic components
